Eligibility and scope

These Terms apply to every game and feature on dantes.gg, including Guess The Rank, Reels, Room Tours, Confessions, future modes, uploads, messaging, profile/account features, admin review, and demo surfaces.

You must be at least 13 years old to use dantes.gg. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for following the laws where you live and the rules for Discord, Riot Games, game platforms, streaming platforms, and any account or content you use with the site.

Accounts, Discord login, and access

dantes.gg uses Discord login to authenticate users, identify accounts, check Discord server membership or roles, route community messages, protect access, and operate site features.

Some features may require Discord server membership, specific roles, verified game metadata, or future Riot account verification. We may restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect users, enforce site rules, comply with third-party policies, respond to abuse, or maintain the service.

Riot API and game data

If Riot API, Riot Sign On, or related Riot developer access is available for a feature, dantes.gg may request, receive, or verify Riot account, League of Legends profile, Riot ID, rank, queue, champion, match, or gameplay metadata as needed to operate games, confirm submissions, prevent abuse, and improve site accuracy.

Riot API access may be unavailable, limited, paused, mocked in demos, or changed while the product is being reviewed or developed. You should not share Riot account passwords with dantes.gg, staff, or other users.

Submitted content and rights

When you upload or submit clips, images, messages, links, account metadata, profile information, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, platform rules, or another person's rights.

You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to dantes.gg, you grant dantes.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, edit, crop, format, create clips, compilations, or derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with dantes.gg, Dantes's stream and social channels, community programming, promotional or editorial content, moderation, debugging, product improvement, and archival records.

You are responsible for any third-party rights in your submissions, including gameplay footage, voice chat, music, usernames, likenesses, messages, and any content owned or controlled by someone else.

Moderation, copyright, and safety

Submissions may be reviewed, approved, rejected, deleted, hidden, edited for presentation, grouped, or removed from public views at staff discretion. Repeated or severe violations may lead to loss of upload access, site access, or related community access.

Copyright concerns are handled through the Copyright page. We may remove or restrict content in response to copyright complaints, legal requests, platform requests, safety risks, or repeat-infringer concerns.

Service changes and availability

dantes.gg is an evolving community product. Games, upload windows, message tools, admin tools, profile features, demos, and data integrations may be paused, closed, limited, renamed, removed, or changed at any time.

The service is provided as available. We try to keep dantes.gg stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, use of every submission, or that any particular feature will remain available.

Riot and Discord notices

dantes.gg isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Discord login and Discord API data are used only as needed to operate account, access, safety, messaging, and community features for dantes.gg. Discord does not control dantes.gg content, moderation, or site decisions.

Updates

We may update these Terms as the site, games, integrations, or legal requirements change. Continued use of dantes.gg after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
